ABOUT US

We are a fish company situated all the way north in Båtsfjord Finnmark, Norway.

The company was established in 2006 with its main business in fish service, sales and boats. After some joint ventures with in the service industry the decision was made to focus on sales with Germany as the spearhead.

All our fish is sourced from local fishing boats that take pride in delivering superior quality, securing a product only a few hours old. We have personal knowledge of boats, catch methods and production, ensuring you as a customer getting only the best quality.

SAITHE/ SEELACHS

Saithe, famous for its superior quality to price ratio, a all year fish that has it main volumes from May to October. We source our saithe from coastal vessels using danish sein or gill nets.

Seelachs ist durch sein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Qualitätsverhältnis berühmt. Er ist das ganze Jahr über in der Hauptsaison von Mai bis Oktober verfügbar. Wir beziehen unseren Seelachs von Küstenschiffen, die den Fisch mit „Danish seine“ oder Stellnetzten fangen.

HADDOCK / SCHELLFISCH

Haddock is not as well known as its larger brother cod, but an exellent choice for people who know their fish. We source our haddock from coastal vessel using long-line or danish seining.

Schellfisch ist nicht so gut bekannt wie sein großer Bruder Kabeljau. Allerdings ist er eine hervorragende Wahl für Menschen, die sich mit dem Fisch auskennen. Wir beziehen unseren Schellfisch von Küstenschiffen, die den Fisch mit Langleinen oder „Danish seine“ fangen.
